Sometimes it would be nice to have them but I find that I recycle the ones I do have and I use the glass Pyrex dishes with kids to pack our lunches and store food.

By the way, thank you for your tip about using a washcloth to clean up after kids/babies meals instead of using a baby wipe. It actually works a lot better anyway and I'm not wasting them. So thanks! Do you ever have that happen? I have way better luck when I use plastic bags. I guess the humidity levels are better, so the veggies last way longer. Also, my greens go SUPER wilty overnight if I don't put them in plastic. This sounds so negative... Mostly I am still figuring out the best ways to store vegetables. Maybe I need to invest in a root cellar :) Landen https://www.blogger.com/profile/07577992414976841415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1483833508282652888.post-5112034864016550752016-10-07T20:46:32.424-05:002016-10-07T20:46:32.424-05:00The farm discourages us from taking the boxes, bec...The farm discourages us from taking the boxes, because they reuse them... So, I don't ever take my veggies home in the box. Also, the boxes that I get are to last two weeks, so they are probably too big to fit in my fridge. I am thrilled it works for you, though! Way to go! You can use them on any size bowl, they make a tight seal with zero effort, and since they're silicone, they're easy to clean!
I promise they aren't paying me or anything- I just really love these and thought you might be interested!Caitlin Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05849566125501921913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1483833508282652888.post-31139217315721259442016-10-07T10:49:45.483-05:002016-10-07T10:49:45.483-05:00I store my CSA veggies in mesh produce bags (I got...I store my CSA veggies in mesh produce bags (I got mine at Target but you can also find them online, on Etsy, etc) and that works really well. I also reuse gallon bags, just rinsing them out in between, over and over again. missrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03595843215458849973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1483833508282652888.post-24307030938533079532016-10-07T09:24:52.385-05:002016-10-07T09:24:52.385-05:00I have been storing my CSA veggies in the box they...I have been storing my CSA veggies in the box they come in and it works great! I only get a half share so it's small enough to fit, and I realize that's not the case for everyone, but when I realized I didn't have to unpack them and then repack them somewhere else, using other things, I was definitely a happy camper.Kamianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01984990501619552796noreply@blogger.com
