A quick refashion

Wednesday, November 7, 2012

Over the weekend, I was feeling very over my clothing, and decided to do a quick refashion.  I had this sweater sitting in my pile of things to fix.  This refashion took about 20 minutes.  It might not be earth-shattering, but it is a new shirt. I took in the sides about 2 inches on either side, did an inverted pleat in the front to change the neckline, stitched it up with invisible stitches on the front and back and sewed on a button.  Seriously, it was quick.

  1. So cute! I love it! I need to tackle some things in my closet. Thanks for the inspiration :)

  2. Love it! Very creative and beautiful way to alter it!

  3. It really does make a new shirt. Cool.
