I picked this sweater up at the J. Crew Outlet a few days ago during their big post-Christmas sale, and I am obsessed.  It is soft, interesting and definitely different than anything else I have... I bought it wondering if I should keep it, but I think it has become an instant favorite.  I have been a little wild in my purchases the last few days (I just bought a pair of plaid pants too...!). This past weekend, I commented to Adam that I finally feel like I have a lot of clothes in my closet that I really like.  How pathetic to go years wearing clothes that don't fit quite right or don't make me feel comfortable.  I have always had a few great pieces (mostly thanks to my mom who has great taste), but recently, I feel like I am being more cautious in my purchases, taking more care to represent my own personal style.   I have always like clothing and fashion and have felt fairly successful in dressing myself, but lately, I feel like I have been stepping it up and really looking the way I want to look. It is nice to look into a closet and be excited about the choices. Fashion should be about wearing things that make you look great and feel great.
